Privacy statement

Who we are
Sprezzo was founded by Michiel van der Steeg. We help small and mid-sized offices find where AI saves time, and we build and support those solutions. We are the controller for the data described here. Privacy contact: +31621971738.
What we process through this website

We use no analytics, no tracking or advertising cookies and no embedded third-party services. Fonts are served from our own server. You don't have to give us any data; without contact details we just can't answer your question.
Who we share data with
We don't sell data. The website runs on Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes the server logs as our processor. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified. Our domain's DNS runs through Cloudflare. Where the choice is ours, we choose storage and processing within the EU.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept only briefly, for security and troubleshooting. Details from a phone call are kept no longer than needed to deal with your question or, if an engagement follows, for as long as the client relationship and the statutory retention period (7 years for accounting records) require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object (always to direct marketing) and, where applicable, port your data (GDPR art. 15–21). Call us on +31621971738. We respond within one month.
Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about people by computer or AI alone.
Complaints
Not happy? Please tell us first. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
