In the Fitting you tell us what swallows your week. We build the solution inside the tools you already use, your team tests along the way, and afterwards we maintain and improve it whenever something changes.

Route 02 · We coach your team
We lay the groundwork, then teach your team to build on it.
First we set up the basics: a shared AI workspace with clear agreements, shared instructions for your recurring work, and one first workflow we build together with your team. Each build step is followed by a workshop, and every two weeks there's an open session for questions and reviews. Building your own becomes part of the job.
Suits you if: you have people who are keen to learn this. Whoever does a task every day usually knows best how to improve it.

We're looking for 3 offices to start with.
You get the AI Fitting at an introductory price. In return, we ask for an honest case study with measured hours and a reference. The founding price isn't credited towards a build.

No training on your data
We only use business versions of AI tools that don't train on your information.

What does it cost?
The AI Fitting is €2,450 excl. VAT, or €1,450 for our first 3 founding clients. A build of 1–3 workflows is €4,000–€10,000, and support is €750–€1,500 a month (all excl. VAT). Workshops, coaching and Sprezzo on site are priced on request. You always get a fixed price upfront.
Is the Fitting credited if we go ahead?
Half of it. Sign for a build within 60 days of the Fitting and we take 50% of the standard price (€1,225) off. The founding price of €1,450 isn't credited.
Is our data safe?
We sign a data processing agreement before we touch any personal data. We use business AI tools that don't train on your data, and choose EU hosting where possible. You keep ownership of accounts, access and everything we build.
